Hotel

Holding an event in early February in Europe presents certain challenges, especially if the client is keen on sunshine! The Algarve is one such possibility, accessible as it is from a variety of UK regional airports.  We used 11 departure airports for flights to Faro, ensuring that all 140 delegates were in the hotel in time for lunch on the first day.

This hotel has excellent meeting space for a group of this size, with plenty of natural daylight and numerous syndicate rooms. The stage set, AV equipment and production was provided by our main supplier Promuseast, whose expertise and attention to detail guaranteed a successful outcome on all elements of this lively event.

The four day itinerary included not only numerous business sessions, but an opportunity for peoples' creative and the dramatic skills to be tested with teams making Agency Adverts. We provided costume wardrobes and make-up to get fully into character, for themes which included Romeo & Juliet; Three Musketeers; Wizard of Oz; Lord of the Rings; The Flintstones; James Bond; Robin Hood; Pirates of the Caribbean; Austin Powers; Batman & Robin. Having set the scene, they then had to create an advert for one of their many products, whilst maintaining the theme. Sounds easy? You should try it sometime...

Dinner set up

With extensive leisure facilities on-site and nearby, including a championship golf course, a fantastic Spa, horse riding and karting, we were able to utilise the non-conference time available to the full. We also provided sightseeing options for those who wanted to explore the region - Tavira and Faro proving the most popular.
