For many a first visit to London and Britain can be a daunting experience, so for a group of VIP's everything needs to be just right.
Although our initial brief was sketchy, as the plan evolved our client had some useful input including a great idea for a barnstorming night out!

With virtually not a word of English a Potuguese guide was a must although Brazilians speak a very different Portuguese to the natives of Portugal. With a great guide recruited, next to the logistics and the venues.
The Hyatt Regency Churchill was the London base, ideal with its central location for the many activities planned for the guests whilst in Oxford our guests were "imprisoned" at the quirky but very popular Malmaison.

A varied and appealing selection of restaurants were chosen around the capital including the Babylon at Kensington Roof Gardens, where not only did the guests enjoy a wonderful meal but also great views of London and the spectacle of a "society" wedding in the beautiful rooftop gardens.
Shopping at Harrods is a must, so we made time for that, although our guests didn't get too deeply bitten by the bug. Not quite empty handed they joined our coach for the journey to the O2, where following a great drinks reception to the strains of some classic music we entered the arena for The Wall concert, a magical event that drew together Roger Waters and a brilliant company of entertainers.

Spectacular, emotional, loud; the concert clearly transcended the barrier of language as the visitors were thrilled by the reprise of hits, great stage show and astonishing musicianship!
By the end I wasn't sure if I was crying with emotion or because of the smoke laden atmosphere of the buzzing venue.

A champagne flight on the eye was another little highlight, followed by dinner at Min Jiang one of London's Finest Chinese Restaurants.
A visit to the company HQ came next, perfectly planned and executed, a chance to learn more about the product, meet old and make new friends in the wider family of the business. Then after lunch off to Oxford with a hastily arranged visit to Bicester included; oh yes the art of shopping is not dead!

All Souls, Christ Church, Merton and more, names that resonate with history that was the agenda in Oxford plus a store visit or two to study merchandising British style; then lunch in a traditional pub with wonderful food and drink, all apreciated by the enthusiastic team.
One more change of plan, "we want to visit Windsor", then the guests returned to Heathrow for the overnight flight back to Sao Paulo with full suitcases and many happy memories.
"The trip was great and everything exceed the expectations of the customers. I appreciate that we could have some flexibility in the last 2 days, in order to attend some demands from the customers." - General Manager Sales RB Brazil
