The annual sales conference for 85 delegates, including managers and field staff.
The client asked us to find a city centre hotel with good amenities and centrally located to offer easy access to the sites of the city.
The event was four days, with formal business sessions throughout the period, as well as agala dinner and a team building event. The main room needed to be in cabaret style and the setup had to allow for evening dinner with dancing.

A shortlist of 3 venues were proposed, with the Radisson being selected as the best choice to match the budget and include other elements requested, including a spectacular dinner venue for the final, night with a comedian to entertain and a games evening on the middle evening.
In an ideal location just below the castle the Radisson suited the clients needs for a central location, and was able to offer all the syndicate rooms required for the games evening as well as break out meetings during the business sessions.
The games evening took the form of some "pub" games and some little extras, followed by dinner in the hotels restaurant. Teambuilding was an "on foot" treasure hunt through the city, which proved very popular especially the Bow Bar, an unofficial half way house.

The Royal Yacht was the venue for the gala dinner and packed a real punch, delegates enjoyed welcome champagne in the aft saloon, before a short guided tour followed by an exquisite dinner. The comedian engaged brilliantly with the audience and provided a perfect round up to a memorable evening. The delegates were absolutely amazed by the opulence and luxury of this very famous piece of British heritage.
