Our Services
Travel
We can plan, book and manage delegate travel to any event world-wide. This includes groups and individuals travelling by air attending international symposia, where flexible itineraries and attention to personal requirements are vital. We can also arrange for rail and coach travel for events.

Acommodation and Venue Finding
The right venue is the bedrock of any good event!
This is a free service we offer all our customers. We can negotiate and contract rates on your behalf or the contract can also be directly between your company and the hotel or venue. Once you have selected your venue, we leave you to get on with organising your event, unless you appoint us to provide our full range of management services.
AV and Production
Our dedicated conference and award ceremony production team, provide a full-range of services, from small scale seminars to international events. All are undertaken with the highest levels of customer service and smooth efficiency, which are synonymous with our reputation.

Health and Safety
Health and Safety is becoming more and more of key issue in event planning as more and more venues require risk assessments and method statements prior to allowing clients on-site. Promuseast hold a coveted IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certificate, this allows us to write and submit risk assessments and methods statements for the events we produce.
On-site Health and Safety is also a key issue of any production, whether the event is a conference, awards ceremony or exhibition, Promuseast have three qualified Health and Safety officers who are IOSH trained and are fully conversant with the latest regulations. They can liase with fire officers on site to produce a safe and stress-free show.
