Vital to the successful outcome of any event or conference is whether or not your delegates feel they have been well looked after and feel valued by their employers/hosts. No matter how riveting the subject matter of the meeting, if delegates are beset by difficulties and disappointments from the outset, the overall experience will be diminished.

At Imaginations, each delegate is treated as an individual with specific needs:

  • From dietary requirements to phobias, we ensure that each person's requirements are recorded and acted upon.
  • Individual travel itineraries are worked out and every effort is made to find the most convenient way to arrive at the venue.
  • Individual Delegate Information Packs are prepared and sent.
  • Badges (with or without bar coding) are created with company logos.
  • We also provide special accommodation rates for partners not attending the meeting and offer private sightseeing tours.
  • For those wishing to stay on at the venue for extra days after the meeting, we can arrange advantageous rates and alternative travel plans for delegates and their partners.
